- You can earn up to 5 rewards a month. Anything beyond that simply rolls into next month, never lost.

Who counts as a referral?
A friend who is new to K9 and places their first order using your code. Every new friend who orders earns you a reward.
When exactly do I get my reward?
After your friend's order is delivered and has settled for 3 days. We message you on WhatsApp the moment it is ready, and it applies to your next order.
What if my friend's order is returned or cancelled?
The reward waits for a completed, delivered order, so a returned or cancelled order will not trigger a reward. This keeps the program fair for everyone.
Can I refer myself?
A referral has to be a different person, so orders on your own number are not counted as referrals.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ₹899. Both the ₹300 discount for your friend and your free-pack reward need an order of ₹899 or more.
How long is my code valid?
Your friend's code stays active for 120 days and can be used by up to 25 friends, so share it freely.
How many rewards can I earn?
Up to 5 in a month. If you refer more than that, the extra rewards simply roll into the next month.
How will I hear about my reward?
On WhatsApp, so keep the number you order with reachable. That is also where your referral code lives.
