These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the K9 Vitality website (k9vitality.in), our products, and our services including the K9 Health Companion wellness tool and AI-powered customer support.
K9 Vitality is a brand operated by EcomHeat, a sole proprietorship owned by Aman Arjun Patial, registered under GSTIN 27EIAPP1496K1ZS, Udyam Registration UDYAM-MH-18-0393750, with its principal place of business at HD-143, WeWork Enam Sambhav, C-20, G Block Rd, G Block BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051, India.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.1 Pet Supplements
K9 Vitality markets and sells nutritional supplements for dogs. Our products are manufactured by third-party facilities and are designed to support your dog's overall wellness when used as part of a balanced diet and in consultation with your veterinarian.
Important: Our products are nutritional supplements, not medicines or veterinary drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before starting any new supplement for your dog.
2.2 K9 Health Companion
K9 Health Companion is a general wellness information tool that helps you track your dog's health and have more informed conversations with your veterinarian.
K9 Health Companion is NOT a veterinary service. EcomHeat (K9 Vitality) is not a veterinary practice, does not employ veterinary practitioners, and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Health assessments generated by K9 Health Companion are based on user-provided information and general wellness guidelines. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using K9 Health Companion, you acknowledge and agree that: - You will not rely solely on K9 Health Companion for health decisions about your pet - You will consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concerns - K9 Vitality is not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by K9 Health Companion - The information provided is general in nature and may not be suitable for your dog's specific health situation
2.3 AI-Powered Customer Support
We use an AI assistant to help answer your questions about our products, orders, and general information. Our AI assistant: - Is clearly identified as an AI, not a human agent - Provides information based on our product knowledge base - Does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional health advice - May transfer you to a human support agent for complex inquiries
AI-generated responses are informational and may occasionally contain errors. For critical decisions about your pet's health, always consult a licensed veterinarian.
2.4 Dog Health Quiz
Our quiz collects information about your dog (breed, age, weight, health concerns) to recommend suitable products. Quiz results are general recommendations, not veterinary prescriptions. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle quiz data.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and purchase our products. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 years or older.
4. Orders and Pricing
4.1 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
4.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
4.3 Payment
We accept prepaid payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). An additional charge of Rs.100 applies for COD orders. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners (Razorpay/Shopify Payments). We do not store your card details.
4.4 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4.5 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@k9vitality.in with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for return options. Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Returns, Refunds, and 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1 Standard Returns

6.2 K9 Vitality 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If your dog does not show improvement after consistent use for up to 90 days, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility: - You must have purchased the product directly from k9vitality.in - The product must have been used consistently as directed (daily scoop based on your dog's weight) for the claimed period - You must contact us within 90 days of the delivery date
How to Claim: - Email hello@k9vitality.in with the subject "90-Day Guarantee Claim" - Include your order number, the product purchased, duration of use, and a brief description of why you believe the product did not work for your dog - We may request supporting information such as photos or a brief description of your dog's condition before and during use
Refund Process: - Claims are reviewed within 7 business days - If approved, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days - Shipping charges are non-refundable - This guarantee applies to a maximum of one claim per customer per product
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product names, designs, and software, is the property of EcomHeat (K9 Vitality) or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
"K9 Vitality" is a trademark of EcomHeat. Unauthorized use of our trademark is prohibited.
8. User Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

- EcomHeat (K9 Vitality) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to veterinary expenses, loss of companionship, or emotional distress related to your pet's health outcomes
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim
- We shall not be liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of our products if used contrary to the dosage guidelines or without veterinary consultation where recommended
- We shall not be liable for any harm arising from reliance on information provided by K9 Health Companion or our AI customer support without independent verification from a licensed veterinarian
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: - Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation - Death or personal injury caused by our negligence - Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcomHeat, its proprietor, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products or services.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:

Step 2 — Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
Step 3 — Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
13.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You retain the right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EcomHeat regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications.
