Marketing communications require a separate opt-in. - At quiz/K9 Health Companion entry: By starting the quiz or using K9 Health Companion, you consent to the collection of your dog's health information for the purpose of providing general wellness information and product recommendations. - For marketing: We will only send you marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in. How to Withdraw Your Consent

When you withdraw consent, we will stop processing your personal data for that purpose. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing done before the withdrawal. Data already collected will be retained in accordance with our data retention schedule (Section 5) unless you also request erasure.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to manage your consent through a registered Consent Manager, once such Consent Managers are registered with the Data Protection Board of India. We will support integration with registered Consent Managers as they become available.

Automated Decision-Making

Our quiz and K9 Health Companion use algorithms to generate product recommendations and wellness information based on the data you provide about your dog. These automated recommendations are general in nature and are not binding. You are free to disregard any recommendation and make your own decisions in consultation with your veterinarian.


7. Children's Data

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Our quiz and K9 Health Companion are intended for use by adults (pet parents aged 18 and above).

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
