Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your K9 Vitality purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Standard Returns (Within 30 Days)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging
  • Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used pet supplements (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during a final sale

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email hello@k9vitality.in with your order number, registered email or phone number, and the reason for the return
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, our pickup partner will attempt to collect the item within 24-48 hours
  4. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the shipping label

Opened Products (Within 30 Days):

If you have opened and started using the product but wish to stop within the first 30 days for any reason, please contact us at hello@k9vitality.in. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit depending on the circumstances. We believe in treating our customers fairly.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective: 1. Contact us immediately upon delivery 2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging 3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If your dog does not show improvement after consistent daily use for up to 90 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.

How It Works:

  1. Use the product consistently — daily scoop based on your dog's weight, as directed on the packaging
  2. Give it time — most dogs begin to show early signs of improvement within 30 days, but we give you a full 90 days
  3. If you don't see results — contact us within 90 days of delivery

To Claim:

  • Email hello@k9vitality.in with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Claim"
  • Include: your order number, the product used, how long you used it, and a brief description of your experience
  • We may ask for a photo or brief note about your dog's situation before and during use

Conditions:

  • Available for products purchased directly from k9vitality.in
  • The product must have been used as directed (weight-based daily dosage)
  • Limited to one claim per purchase order (if you purchase the same product again in a future order, a new guarantee period applies to that order)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

If Approved:

  • Full refund of the product purchase price within 10 business days
  • Refund is issued to your original payment method

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing hello@k9vitality.in with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please use the return process above instead. Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product or variant: 1. Return the original item (if eligible under the 30-day return policy) 2. Place a new order for the item you want

Your Rights

This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights as a consumer.
