At K9 Vitality, we want your dog's supplements to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.
Payment Options
We accept: - Prepaid: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets - Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India. An additional charge of Rs.100 applies for COD orders.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed
- A separate dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent once your order ships
Delivery Timelines

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, logistics disruptions, or local conditions. Our delivery partner will contact you if there are any issues with delivery.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing hello@k9vitality.in with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
Delivery Area
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. While we cover most pincodes, delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may take longer or may not be available. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

Product Handling
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our logistics partner. Each package is sealed to ensure product integrity during transit.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy. For COD orders that are returned, no charges apply.
