Which products can I subscribe to?

How much do I save with a subscription?
You save 15% on the 30 and 60 day plans, and 20% on the 90 day plan. The 90 day plan also includes a free jerky treat with every delivery.
How does payment work?
You set up UPI AutoPay, or a card, once when you subscribe. After that, the amount for each delivery is taken automatically, so you do not have to do anything. You get a reminder before every payment.
When am I charged?
Your first payment is taken when you set up the subscription, and your first order ships right away. After that you are charged once each cycle, every 30, 60, or 90 days depending on the plan you picked.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Log in to your account and cancel in a couple of taps, or message us on WhatsApp and we will do it for you.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
The plan runs on a fixed cycle, so there is no pause or skip for now. You can cancel anytime with no penalty and resubscribe whenever you are ready.
Can I change my address or plan?
You can update your delivery address anytime from your account. To move to a different plan or pack size, message us on WhatsApp and we will switch you over.
How is a subscription different from a one-time order?
A subscription saves you money on every order, remembers your dog's plan, and delivers automatically so you never run out between courses. Supplements work best with consistent daily use, and a subscription makes that effortless.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Razorpay, one of India's largest and most trusted payment providers. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Does the 90 day money back guarantee still apply?
Yes. Every subscription is covered by the same 90 day money back guarantee as a regular order. If you are not happy, contact us for a full refund.
Is shipping free on subscriptions?
Yes. Shipping is always free, including on every subscription delivery.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account with your phone number at your subscription portal. From there you can see your upcoming deliveries, update your address, and cancel anytime.
